Data Export Wizard

The Data Export Wizard exports your settings, price lists, custom data, and landscape designs to a single compressed (zipped) file. This is useful for creating a backup, transferring your work to another computer, or sharing custom content with another Windows user account on the same computer.

To export your data:

  1. From the Tools menu, click Data Export Wizard.

  2. Click Next.

  3. Select the items you want to export, and then click Next.

    • Settings - Global settings such as program options, keyboard shortcuts, and saved graphics settings.
    • Price Lists - Custom price lists.
    • Custom Data - Imported pictures, models, symbols, and other custom content.
    • Landscape Designs - Saved landscape design files.
  4. Click Set File Name, choose where to save the exported .zip file (for example, your desktop or a backup folder), and then click Next.

  5. Click Finish to export the selected items to the .zip file.

  • If your custom content includes third-party images or models, be sure to follow any license requirements set by the original author.
