Adding a Stone Path
The Stone Path object is used to add a path of stepping stones. A wide variety of path stones are included, such as round, rectangular, flagstone, and more.
To add a stone path:
- From the Landscape tab, click Add Stone Path.
- Draw the stone path by clicking the left mouse button to add points. Press the Backspace key to remove the last point added, and press the Esc key to cancel. If you would like to input the distance and angle manually, place at least one point and then press Enter.
- To finish drawing the stone path, place the last point on top of the first point. Or, right-click to place the last point.
In the following design, the Stone Path object was used to create a decorative path leading to the pond.
Tips:
- Points can easily be added or removed for your path’s shape for greater control. For more information, see Inserting and Deleting Points.
- To edit the stones individually, click Explode. This will convert each stone into its own object. Please note that if you do this, then you will no longer be able to edit the path.
