Patio Stairs Properties

For any properties not shown below, see Setting Object Properties.

Options
Max rise Maximum vertical distance between steps.
Run Length of each step.
Elevation Distance from the ground to the bottom of the stairs.
Auto-calculate total rise Automatically add steps until they reach the ground.
Total rise Distance from the top step to the bottom step.
Closed Connect the last point to the first, forming a closed shape.
Switch sides Reverse which direction the steps run.
Edit points Enable or disable point editing mode, which will allow you to modify the shape. See Editing Points for details.
Shape options Save the current shape or load a new one. For more details, see Saving and Loading Shapes.
Tread
Use default material Uncheck to use a different material for the treads.
Type Style of tread to use.
Tread height Height of each stair tread.
Overhang How far the tread will overhang the step.
Riser
Use default material Uncheck to use a different material for the risers.
Information
Calculated rise Calculate rise of each step based on the number of steps and tread run.
Number of steps Number of steps used in the stairs.
