Lot Boundary Properties

Options
Area	Surface area of the lot boundary in square feet or meters, assuming a flat 2D surface. The Area property will remain blank unless the Closed option is checked.
Acres	Surface area of the lot boundary in acres, assuming a flat 2D surface. The Acres property will remain blank unless the Closed option is checked.
Perimeter	Total distance from one end of the lot boundary to the other, following the lot boundary’s border. The Perimeter property is displayed in feet or meters, and appears regardless of whether the Closed option is checked.
Closed	Connect the last point to the first, forming a closed shape.
Line style	Appearance of the outline of the lot boundary.
Edit points	Enable or disable point editing mode, which will allow you to modify the shape. See Editing Points for details.
Shape options	Save the existing shape, or load a new one. For more details, see Saving and Loading Shapes.

Plan View (Architect)
Show text in Plan view	Show the lot boundary distances in the Plan view.
Show bearings	Show survey bearings between points.
Units	Determines the units for displaying distances.
Font	Font used to display the text.
Style	Text style such as italic, bold, underline, and strikeout.
Size	The text height in feet or meters.
Color	Color of the text.
