This guide will show you how to add a path to your landscape design.
First, click the Landscape tab, then click the Path button.
Left click to place points, and this will create the line of your path. Right click to place the last point of your path.
To change the material of your path, click the material image seen above, and it will take you to a selection of hundreds of different path materials including some from National brands such as Belgard, Eldorado Stone, R.I. Lampus, and Unilock. Make your selection, and then click OK.
Normally, the path material runs in a single direction. If you would like the material to follow the path, click Material Direction in the Object Properties panel, select the Enable custom material direction option and then click Edit Direction. Adjust the width using the slider, or by manually inputting the width, to cover the path.
To add a border, click the Border button, then select the Add border option. To change the material of your border, click the material image seen below. Make your selection, then click OK. You can edit the border material using the following options:
To remove sections of the border, click the Edit Border button, as seen in the image below. Left click on the section you wish to remove. If you wish to return the section of the border, Left click again to replace it.
You have now successfully completed adding a path to your landscape design.
