Adding a Picture

The Picture object is used to add photographs to your
landscape designs. A number of pictures are included in Realtime Landscaping Plus, such as animals, cars, and
people, but the true power of the Picture Object is the ability to import and
add your own photographs.
Important: If you intend to add pictures of plants,
use the Plant object instead.
Importing a Custom Picture
Photographs and digital images can be imported into Realtime Landscaping Plus and used in any of your
landscape designs. To do this, first import your photograph into Realtime Landscaping Plus using the Picture Import Wizard. Once your image is
imported, see below for steps on adding it to your design.
To add a picture that has already been imported:
1.
Click the Add Picture button found near the top of the screen
under the Landscape tab.
2.
Click the image of the default picture that appears to the right of the screen,
and then select the picture you would like to use.
3.
Click on your design where you want to place the landscape picture.
The picture below shows an example of two Picture objects
used to display the planters by the door.

Tips:
• To
add multiple pictures of the same type, hold the Ctrl key while placing a
picture normally, and then keep clicking to add additional pictures.
•
Pictures can be difficult to place if grid snap is enabled because the
picture will snap to the grid intersections as you move it. You can toggle the
grid snapping by pressing Ctrl + G on your keyboard. For
more information, see Snap Settings.
