Adding an Accent Strip
Accent strips are lengths of material that are typically
used in brick and patio designs. Accent strips may be placed over bare terrain,
regions, patios, and decks. Accent strips have no height or elevation as they
are intended to integrate with the surface they are placed upon.
To add an accent strip:
Click the Add Accent Strip button, which is found at the top of the
screen under the Building tab.
Draw the outline of the Accent Strip by clicking the left mouse button to add
points. Press the Backspace key to remove the last point added, and press
the Esc key to cancel. If you would like to input the distance and angle
manually, place at least one point and then press the Enter key.
To finish drawing the Accent Strip, right-click to place the last point.
Alternately, if the accent strip is an enclosed shape, simply place the last
point on the first point to complete the shape.
