Print scale
The Print scale option determines how your landscape design will be scaled when printing the Plan view. For example, the print scale is set to 1” = 10’, then when printing the Plan view with the Use print scale option enabled, your landscape design will be sized so that 10 feet in the design appears as one inch on paper.

Drawing size
The drawing size determines how large your landscape is in terms of paper size. If the drawing size is larger than a single sheet of paper, then multiple sheets of paper can be printed to. Crop marks will be printed where the separate pieces of paper should be joined together.

Lot size
The Lot size determines how large your landscape is in terms of feet or meters. A predefined lot size can be selected or you can set your own. The length and width of the lot size can extend to 1500 feet (457 meters), which is approximately 51 acres. It is usually best to use the smallest lot size that will fit your landscape design.

The Orientation determines whether your design is printed as a Portrait or a Landscape.

Black and white
The Black and white option determines whether your landscape design is printed in full color or completely desaturated.

Print crop marks
The Print crop marks option determines whether crop marks are added to each piece of paper to designate where the papers should be joined together. Crop marks are only added if multiple sheets of paper are needed to print the design.

Print the grid
The Print the grid option determines whether the grid is added when printing. To modify the grid, see Snap Settings.

Use print scale
The Use print scale option determines if the Print scale is taken into account when printing. If the Print to one sheet option is selected instead, then the print scale will be ignored.

Print to one sheet
The Print to one sheet option determines if the landscape design is sized to fit a single piece of paper, ignoring the print scale settings.

Fit to x by y sheets
The Fit to x by y sheets option is used to ignore the print scale and size the design to fit the number of sheets of paper designated.

Print quality
The Print quality option can be set to Low, Medium, or High to determine the clarity of the printout. It is recommended to always set the print quality to High unless creating quick test prints.

Print preview
The Print preview diagram displays to the lower-right of the Page Setup dialog, and visually explains how the drawing will be sized on the paper.
