Mirroring Objects

One of the powerful new tools available in Realtime
Landscaping Architect is the Mirror tool. The Mirror tool is used to flip
around an object, a group of objects, or an entire landscape design.
To mirror one or more objects:
1.
Click the object you wish to mirror. To select more than one object, hold the
Shift key while clicking on additional objects.
2.
Click the Mirror tool that appears near the top of the screen under the
Main tab.
3.
Click an area on your landscape design to add the starting point of the
mirroring line.
4.
Click again on another part of your design to add the ending point of the
mirroring line. Holding the Shift key will constrain the line to a
vertical, horizontal, or angled line. Alternately, press the Enter key to
specify the ending point manually. If you wish to cancel the mirror, press the
Esc key.
Your entire landscape design can also be mirrored if
needed.
To mirror the entire design:
1.
Click File and Save to save your landscape design. This is
important because mirroring your design cannot be undone.
2.
Click Tools and Mirror Design.
