Height Map Properties
The properties used to modify a Height Map object are
located to the right of the screen when your height map is selected. These
properties can either be adjusted right before adding the height map to your
landscape or after it has been added. Below is a description of each available
property in the order that they appear in the software.

Description |
Material |
The Material property determines the image
that is used for the height map. To change the height map image, click the
picture that shows the current material. |
Material options |
The appearance of the height map can be modified by
clicking the small button that appears to the right of the height map
image. |
Line style |
The Line Style property determines the
appearance of the height map’s outline. To change the line style, click
the Line Style button and select the style you wish to use from the
dialog that appears. |
Width |
The Width property determines the size of
the height map from left to right. To adjust the height map width, move
the Width slider or type a value in the text field. |
Length |
The Length property determines the size of
the height map from top to bottom. To adjust the height map length, move
the Length slider or type a value in the text field. |
Height |
The Height property determines the height of
white areas on the height map. To raise or lower the height map, move the
Height slider or enter a value in the text field. |
